Reservations require a completed and signed "Rental Contract" along with copies of your Driver’s License and Auto Insurance Card. Reservations are not guaranteed until the reservation down payment has been paid. Reservation down payments are none refundable if the reservation is cancelled less than 2 weeks before the pickup date. Down payments are refundable if the reservation is cancelled 2 weeks or more before the reservation pickup date.
Pickup of the equipment can take place after:
1. Rental Agreement is completed and signed.
2. Copies of your Driver’s License and Auto Insurance Card are received.
3. Full payment is received for the rental fee.
Please remember that you are responsible for insurance coverage on all equipment during your rental period. Protecting from theft, vandalism, and any other damage is your responsibility.
