Rental Policy

Rental Period

1/2 Day Rental = 4 hours starting from pickup time to drop off time. (No after hours pickup or drop off allowed)

Day Rental = 24 hours to the same time as pickup.

Week Rental = 7 consecutive days to the same time as pickup.

Month Rental = 4 consecutive weeks to the same time as pickup.

NOTE: Rent charged for all time out. Return all items on or before the date and time they are due back to avoid additional charges. Early rental returns are not eligible for a rental refund since we block out your rental period.



Please call for item availability. Reservations are welcome and encouraged on all items with a $50 plus tax deposit required. Reservations must be cancelled at least two weeks prior to your rental date for a full refund to be given.

Reservations must be cancelled at least two weeks prior to your rental date for a full refund to be given. Early rental returns are not eligible for a rental refund since we block out your rental period.

Cleaning Fee

A cleaning fee will be charged if a rented item is returned dirty. The fee will be determined by the time and expense required to clean the item.  


Signed rental contract required for all rentals in the name of the customer renting.


A valid driver’s license for the customer is required for all rentals. 



Full payment required on all items before leaving the rental yard. Credit card must be in the name of the customer renting and will be kept on file for late returns or damage payments. We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa.


Damage Deposit

Valid credit card required for the damage deposit. Damage deposit amounts vary depending on the item rented. Customer is responsible for all damage to rented equipment including providing insurance as required.


Insurance and Responsibility

Responsibility for rental items remains with the customer from delivery to return. All items should be secured and protected from the weather, damage, and theft. Insurance coverage on the rented equipment is the responsibility of the customer. Additional charges for missing or damaged items will be charged.


Hour Metered Items

Rates for rental items equipped with hour meters are based on 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. Additional usage will be charged accordingly.

1/2 Day Rental = 4 hours of rental time from pickup to drop off.

Per Day Rental = 8 Equipment Hours

Per Week Rental = 40 Equipment Hours



Return items full of gas or fuel to avoid additional charges. Rates are $4.00 per gallon for gas and diesel. Please return full to avoid being charged. 


Problems / Troubles

All rental charges are for time out whether used or not.  If you encounter any operational problems call 715-410-8086 immediately.  No credits or adjustments will be made unless notified as soon as there is a problem. If you experience a problem with a trailer, please notify us immediately. We do not allow other companies to work on our trailers since most are still under warranty. If you are further than 50 miles away from our location, you are responsible for returning the trailer to the area for repairs. 


Delivery and Pick-up

Delivery and pickup may be available with advance notice at the following rates. Payment will be charged up front for all delivery and pickup.

0 – 10 Miles            $40 = Delivery / $40 = Pickup

10 – 200 Miles        $30 + $1 per mile (paid round trip) = Delivery & Pickup

Damaged Equipment and Balances Due

Balances due for damaged equipment and/or refueling will be charged accordingly. All unpaid amounts will be considered a collection situation 3 days after the balance invoice has been received. After the 3 days and the 3rd notice has been provided, the legal collection process will be started including claims for reimbursement for all legal fees incurred. We try to avoid this process at all cost and appreciate your understanding in this matter.
